When will my order arrive?

If you are in Kuwait. We have the same day delivery for orders before 4:00 P.M or next day day delivery for orders after 4:00 P.M

Is delivery Free?

Free Express Delivery within the Kuwait on order 30 KD.
2KD Delivery Fee on Order less than that.
All over kuwait
For other countries, contact our team via WhatsApp to know the shipping prices.

Do I pay duties and taxes?

No, you pay only the order.

When will my order be processed?

After placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process and prepare your order for shipping.

What if I received damaged package?

This very rare to happen. However, if it happens please contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will fix the issue for you.

 I have entered an incorrect address?

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we will correct your address before shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancle your order within 24 hours from the moment you place your order.

Return & Refund

Can I return the order?

Yes. We accept returns within 24 hours from the date you received your order.

What is the return policy?

To accept your return, we ask the following requirements to be met:

• Item/s must be in original condition.

• Item/s must not have been used in any way.

• Item/s must not be opened.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

How do I request a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@Beutista.com

Note: use the same email address you used when ordering.

What to write:

  • State your order number "you find it in the order confirmation email"
  • State the reason for returning.
  • Explain conditions of your order if they meet the conditions in the previous question.

    Our team will assess your request and provide the suitable answer via email.
What to do after my return is accepted?

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What are non-returnable items?

• Products that are not in their original condition.

• Products have been used in any way.

• Products that have been opened.

  • Items on sale or gift cards.
When will I be refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
